I really enjoyed my experience with everyone at Caleb's office. They were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure they took car of my insurance needs. Also, my father passed away recently and they sent me a condolence card signed by all of them. It really meant a lot to know how much they thought of my Dad.

I was contacted by Seth Slayton as a follow-up to my policy shopping some time prior. I had secured a new auto insurance policy and decided to renew my homeowners and shop again in a year. Seth said he would like to re-quote our auto as he believed rates had become more friendly. Much to my surprise, rates had improved and I ended up with better (more) coverage at relatively the same price. Furthermore, the quote for homeowners was a definite savings. I recently decided to shop around for insurance and chanced upon speaking with Sara from Caleb Whitakers State Farm office. I typically hate having to deal with pushy salespeople who are only interested in the next sale and forget you the moment you sign. Ive been with Allstate 28 years, 5 with the current agent, and they literally didn't know I existed! It took them a week to get back to me regarding my questions on rate increases, only to tell me they couldn't find my account and needed to "confirm my identity"! All of this is said to draw a solid distinction between other agents and my experience with this SF office. Sara took time to answer my questions over several days, sent me numerous variations of quotes and answered dozens of my questions. She was extremely patient, never pushy and always courteous. She was helpful and seemed to genuinely care I was getting the right products and services. In the end, she increased my insurance coverage significantly and saved me money at the same time! It's refreshing to see that great customer service isn't completely extinct, and smart helpful people are still out there! I want to genuinely thank Sara for taking the time to earn my confidence; she's made me a loyal customer! She deserves a bonus or raise!
